About Amy

Amy Roberts grew up in the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains in Connecticut.

She began lessons in oil painting at age nine.  Flaming Ferns, shown in this portfolio, is an example of her work when she was only 12.

At this time she uses acrylic paints because they are more convenient for a mother of young, active children.

Her path has offered the opportunity to live in several states: South Carolina, California, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Kansas, and Hawaii.

Many of her past clients included military visitors from around the world.  Her paintings have found homes as far as Norway, Japan, and South America.

"As an artist and military spouse. I find that every new community has its beautiful views and charming quarters.  When I leave these places they only become more dear to me."

Flaming Ferns

"I consider myself fortunate to make the breathtaking beauty of the places I've lived a part of my personal memories."
